Introducing our ‘Intrepid Adventurers’ brooch: a Yellow-footed Antechinus riding a Bearded Dragon. Antechinus are industrious and adorable, pocket-sized Australian marsupials that are nocturnal. Although, when necessity dictates, they will gather nesting materials during the day using a secret mode of transportation atop the back of an Australian Bearded Dragon

This brooch captures the magic of this unique duo and celebrates the fusion of nature’s wonders and enchanting whimsy.

Crafted with care and attention to detail, this handmade acrylic brooch comprises multiple layers of lasercut acrylic, etched and handpainted with fine details. The chubby antechinus has fur of dusty pink and cream and his feet are coloured caramel. The bearded dragon is made from rippled yellow and brown acrylic, with an ivory-coloured tummy. Both critters have inset eyes.
