Did You Know? (hover over me) When you use an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based email address (ie: bigpond, aussiebb, dodo or iinet), receiving can be unreliable. Email originating from certain IP locations are sometimes blocked before they reach your inbox, making it impossible to predict which emails you never receive. ISP’s are not bound by any duty to inform customers of IP filtering because the email address is simply a benefit to you, the internet customer. Filtering is triggered by spam attacks world-wide, as a side-effect their blackhole policy can block genuine email senders.
