Bilbies are environmental excavators playing and essential role in digging the soil ready for seeds to grow. We’ve recently become aware that to move to new areas, bilbies ride colourful scooters shaped like their bunny eco-competitors.
The sunny bilby has been hand assembled from grey, black and white acrylic. His ears and nose are inset pink pieces. He wears a pale blue t-shirt with etched and hand-painted orange stripes. His mint-coloured scooter has lemon wheels with inset, hand-decorated Easter eggs.
