Quetzy’s Grandfather was a croc whisperer in Queensland from the 1930s to the ’50s. Got a croc in your backyard? Call up Ted.
Today you can have this Mother croc and her three tiny hatchlings in your home…no need for Ted!

We love the goofy yet loveable animal illustrations of the 1950s. They have been the inspiration for this collection of unique creatures.

Mumma Crocodillius is made from dark green acrylic with hand painted yellow dots. Her chubby belly is pastel yellow acrylic and her teeth are inset white. The baby hatchlings have been cut from jade acrylic and have etched and hand painted details.

Many of these brooches are assembled and ready to go to new homes, whilst others are still in pieces. To ease confusion we are marking them all as pre-order on our website with a cautious turn-around time of eight weeks to get everything posted out. We know from your messages that pre-ordering eases your ‘launch day’ stress and over-estimating the production time eases ours!

It was love at first sight for me, and even better in reality! Gorgeous quirky brooch with lots of personality. I may have squealed a little when I opened my parcel!
